Chëb Tati is the smooth collaboration between our talented producer ZÖTA and our label head Dj Genderfluid. A tribute to friendship, beats and oriental groove !

Hurluberlu’s passion for photography drew him to work in the film industry. His encounter with Thomas Martin Visual in 2017 introduced him to the world of mapping and vjing. In 2018, he decided to take the leap and launch his project Hurluberlu. At the same time, he became a resident VJ and joined the UNIVERSITEK parties organization at the campus of University of Montpellier.

He has forged his experience and style throughout the nine editions of the universitek parties. In 2021, he took a course in scenography and started creating his own cinematic scenes using wooden structures and completely different projection planes (lycras, cardboard, tulle, projection film and even water…!).

Hurluberlu’s style is always colorful. He enjoys creating intricate and vivid paintings. He mainly relies on the reaction of sound to bring his paintings to life.

SMAALI is a singer, musician, writer, and composer whose name in the Moroccan dialect “Darija” means “Listen to me”. The artist combines various cultures and different genres of music, ranging from Acoustic Trance to Electronic Trance.

In 2017, he traveled to India and Morocco to meet traditional musicians. He then flew to Berlin and Athens to form the Vlastur dub project, where he immersed himself in electronic music by combining dub and psytrance. In 2022, SMAALI founded the “Electric Roots / Racines Electricaliques” project in Mexico, inspired by these powerful North African roots.

He created his own musical universe with his distinct electronic and spiritual style of music.

DJ and psychedelic music enthusiast, Gender Fluid has a solid understanding and appreciation of music, which helps to craft sets for a unique experience.

His influence comes from psychedelic music that keep the night flowing until the end. He puts all his love into music, experiencing it from the dancefloor to behind the dj set.

Involved into electronic music culture, Dj Gender Fluid found Universitek, an e-learning platform dedicated to electronic music. He is also the label head of YAZ records.

Gender fluid is an experience, a state of mind fusing genres of music as well as genders to form a single entity.

During his travels, ZÖTA made decisive encounters that inspired him to refine and develop his groove. This opened new musical horizons for him: A music programmer for Radio Campus Montpellier, an artist of the Yaz Records label and a member of the FRAP Collective. The influences are many; from clubs to raving passing via hip hop and world music. Get ready for this immersive musical and progressive journey.
